Zach Grube
Zach Grube is Artena's Project Manager. With a background in marketing and systems-oriented work, Zach views operations as a core component of client service. Because of this, Zach plays a key role in building, implementing, and maintaining the systems that support the firm’s day-to-day operations and client experience. His work focuses on creating structure, consistency, and clarity across internal workflows so matters move efficiently and clients feel supported at every stage.
Outside of work, Zach values continuous learning, which shows up in his interest in graphic design, as well as his current efforts to learn Japanese, which he enjoys practicing on his trips to Japan. When he is closer to home, Zach is usually following Detroit sports and still holding out hope for a Lions Super Bowl win.

Kat O'Neill
Of CounselKat is a transactional business attorney specializing in acting as external general counsel for small businesses. In that role, Kat advises clients on business and legal strategy, along with contract creation and negotiation for consultants, coaches, creatives, wellness professionals, and other service providers. As a small business owner and service provider herself, Kat’s sweet spot is being approachable and helping clients learn what they need to know to proactively minimize conflict, allowing them to spend more time doing the work they love and less time navigating reactive legal problems.
Passionate about alpine skiing, mountain biking and all lake and ocean-related activities, when she's not working, you can find Kat playing at the mountain with her two elementary school-aged girls and her golden retriever named Cassidy.
