In that role, Kat advises clients on business and legal strategy, along with contract creation and negotiation for consultants, coaches, creatives, wellness professionals, and other service providers. As a small business owner and service provider herself, Kat’s sweet spot is being approachable and helping clients learn what they need to know to proactively minimize conflict, allowing them to spend more time doing the work they love and less time navigating reactive legal problems.
